Vitality Beauty Bar was designed as more than just a beauty salon, it was envisioned as a calming and immersive beauty destination where clients can relax, recharge and engage with skincare, makeup and wellness in a thoughtfully curated environment. The Stylesmiths were engaged to create a contemporary beauty salon interior design that balanced retail, treatment and customer experience within one cohesive space.
The salon includes two private beauty treatment rooms, a spray tan booth, facial bar and retail area, all carefully planned to create a seamless customer journey from arrival through to consultation and treatment. The project brief centred around creating a clean, welcoming and elevated atmosphere that felt approachable while still reflecting the premium nature of the brand.
Drawing inspiration from the salon’s existing branding, The Stylesmiths incorporated soft green tones throughout the interior palette, blending them with warm textural materials and subtle Japanese-inspired detailing. This fusion of minimal modern design and organic finishes helped create a calm and tactile environment that immediately puts clients at ease. The result is a refined example of contemporary commercial interior design within the beauty and wellness industry.
Parquetry flooring introduces warmth and movement throughout the salon, while custom cabinetry provides both functional storage and architectural detail. Carefully selected tiles, soft curves and natural finishes reinforce the understated elegance of the interiors, ensuring the space feels cohesive from every angle. The layout was designed to maximise both comfort and functionality, allowing staff to work efficiently while maintaining a luxurious customer experience.
Lighting also plays an important role in the atmosphere of the salon. Soft, layered lighting enhances the calming mood of the interiors while complementing the beauty-focused services offered within the space. Every design decision was made to support the sensory experience of the client, from the tactile material palette through to the considered spatial flow.
