The Stylesmiths were engaged to design the headquarters, showroom and workshop for Evolve Skateboards, an internationally recognised electric skateboard brand that has grown from a small husband-and-wife start-up into a global business operating across more than 30 countries.
Located within an industrial factory space, the project brief centred around creating a contemporary workplace interior that reflected the brand’s disruptive energy, innovation and strong connection to skate culture. The goal was to design a flexible environment that combined office, retail showroom and workshop functions while maintaining a cohesive brand identity throughout.
Inspired by the materiality and craftsmanship of the skateboards themselves, The Stylesmiths developed a raw yet refined interior palette featuring natural timber, matte black finishes, exposed industrial elements and durable materials suited to the workshop environment. The result is a modern example of commercial interior design, where creativity, functionality and brand storytelling come together seamlessly.
Open-plan workspaces encourage collaboration and innovation, while the showroom allows the products to take centre stage within an immersive retail environment. The workshop areas were designed to support hands-on development and product testing, creating a workplace that feels authentic to the Evolve brand and the lifestyle surrounding it.
This project reflects The Stylesmiths’ expertise in office, showroom and workplace interior design, creating spaces that support growth, productivity and strong brand experiences. The final result is a dynamic and contemporary headquarters that captures the adventurous spirit of Evolve Skateboards while supporting its continued global expansion.
